Iam getting difficulty to upload a new theme to my wordpress, i know how to load through filezila but when i download the theme and unzip it has many files which file has to upload.

when you unzip, you should get a folder and inside it many files. upload the entire folder to /public_html/wp-content/themes.
if when you unzip, you don't get a folder but just files, create a new folder by any name and put these files into the folder and then upload the folder.
You can search for many free themes at
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/
You can install these themes without using Filezilla at
http://www.yogaforweightloss.net/wp-admin/theme-install.php
You can also just upload the theme zip file without using filezilla at
http://www.yogaforweightloss.net/wp-admin/theme-install.php?tab=upload

i have downloaded file from my cpanel website themes into pc when i unzipped this zip i got 2 folders 1 with flash 2 without flash both have some files should i upload both the folders to wp-content < themes through filezilla

not sure what file u downloaded.
You can search for many free themes at
http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/
download themes from there.
You can install these themes without using Filezilla at
http://www.yogaforweightloss.net/wp-admin/theme-install.php
just select the zip file from your computer. no need to unzip.

ok please tell me theme like same same as this but no have duplicate meta like when i using amazing grace(and other one with same author) and checked my website posts in copyscape.com i got duplicate error due to meta before comment box it is usedby other websites.
