hello, when i visit my site then my domain is showing like http://yogaforweightloss.net i want to change it to http://www.yogaforweightloss.net and i want to write posts in my blog how to write and publish posts.

go to wp-admin/options-general.php (Settings - > general )
for changing to www:
add www under both WordPress address, Blog address.
to change header:
Change Blog Title and Tagline

i open this url a wordpress page opened and ask for username and password, i put my cpanel username and password but it doesn't accept then i use password reovery option then i put my gmail in which i got your hosting plan setting but it doesn,t accept then after i put my cpanel username and it say email sent check for confirmation but it doesn't arrive on my gmail, where this email come and from where i will access it.

Yes i got the solution of this problem go to control panel open Web Mail then select one of three services inside Web Mail, i selected "horde" open it you will get the email address which is attached to your domain, if you want to use your personal yahoomail, gmail or other email services, you should have to go in your control panel < Mail < Email Domain Forwarding < add domain forwarder, add your personal email in this list, email redirect to your personal email.

abhishek, while you created WordPress through Fantastico, you would have given some gmail, username. For accessing WordPress admin you need to use this. If you want to change your email address, just change the email at
http://www.yogaforweightloss.net/wp-admin/options-general.php
and also the email at
