I got solution just open filezilla and connect to your site and in right side yow will see a box in which cpanel, public_html will there, just open public_html < wp-content < plugin

You will see there in left side box options which has your pc files just select plugin or theme and double click it and it will install.

there are lot of free plugins available at

    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/

You can search for these plugins at

    http://www.yogaforweightloss.net/wp-admin/plugin-install.php

    and install it there itself.

If you had downloaded plugin zip files from anywhere

you can upload the plugin files directly at

    http://www.yogaforweightloss.net/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=upload

You can see the list of plugins you have at

    http://www.yogaforweightloss.net/wp-admin/plugins.php

You have to activate them there and configure the settings for each if needed. The setting pages can be seen either under Settings section or Plugins section in the left side bar.
