i got difficulty to verify my self hosted wordpress in google webmaster, i uploaded the html file in my post now i verify my site in google webmaster it showing error and my site not verify please tell me how to verify.

Don't just post this code in WordPress. It won't work.
Two ways for verifying with Google:
HTML way:
Google will ask you to create a HTML file like google08438f629a283f3d.html
open a new file in notepad / word. just leave it blank and file- save as
file name: google08438f629a283f3d.html
file type: all files.upload this HTML file to your website root /publu_html/ using Filezilla.
Now go and verify.
META tag way.
Google will give you a code to add like
<meta name="verify-v1" content="Xe/+IaOyUvk1JQahrZy9uUQVJ8VElFlmr6Ypg4idsdk=" />
To add this code, use a plugin called Robots Meta:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/robots-meta/
after you install this plugin, go to end of its settings page and you can see option for adding Meta tag from google. add the tag, for example Xe/+IaOyUvk1JQahrZy9uUQVJ8VElFlmr6Ypg4idsdk= , and then save settings.
now go and verify
