You can find the wp-config.php file using FTP or file manager in web hosting cpanel at /public_html/blog/

I edited the file using Notepad and uploaded again. This time the blogsite is totally lost.
the change to the files as below.
first when i changed to //, i noticed ///
then I cahnged to ..both uploads did not work,
